She’s after what works efficiently. After trying every workout under the sun, she realized that her ideal class didn’t exist. 

So? She created it. 

Founded in 2016, Backbody Project is everything Meegan wanted in her own workout: backside building moves combined with heart-pumping intervals, evidence-based functional training, and kickass jams to challenge the body and mind in a constantly evolving format. The results? Just ask her clients. She hears again and again that after just a few workouts, clients feel stronger than they’ve ever been.

Your body is meant to move! And not just forward on a bike or a treadmill. You’re built to squat, jump, push, pull, move side-to-side, and get out of breath. USE IT OR LOSE IT, everybody! We vary each and every workout to keep your body guessing and use it all.
